"We needed a rental after deer problem called they said oh you don't have that why I have full coverage? Someone didn't add it.this is always the excuse for their incompetence.prices to high beware."

"My vehicle was involved in a wreck on October 14th. My car was totaled a week later. I am still waiting for StateFarm to send over my total loss paperwork to pay my lien holder off. I am so disappointed in this branch. I definitely will be switching agents. I call and I’m told that someone will call me back, they NEVER do. I have been paying for my insurance (ON TIME) for two years now, as a loyal customer you would think I would get better service than this. This is the first time I’ve ever had a car wreck and I do expect my insurance to have my back but this branch doesn’t have mines."

"I am a person that is so high on Customer Service. I called and Alley is who answered. I have spoken to her several times and each time she has remained the same bubbly sweet humble person. I told her whenever I call I only want to speak to her so I hope she can do everything. If you are ever in need of services from Statefarm please call this office and ask for her. Dan you have an absolutely AMAZING Person please keep her!!!!"

"Got me $90.00 rate 3 days later when I decided to pick state farm she told me I had to pay $103.00.. yesterday I looked at my state farm app now it's $115.00 a month... I don't like to be told one thing then turn around it's totally something else. With all that being said I did receive a free beacon... so hopefully that will help discount my monthly payments"

"Call INSURANCE COMMISSIONER KINGS OFFICE TODAY.. Friendliness five Stars. Correcting a wrong charge one star. I canceled my insurance with State Farm Before the 5th of May. I got Farmers insurance on the 4th of May. On the 27th of May State Farm with this office took my money out of my bank , I called them that night as of today I haven't gotten my refund yet. Farmers will probably cancel me and I'll have to pay another deposit plus a late fee and insufficient funds charge. I'll never do business with State Farm after this..Plus the DMV will probably charge me for not having insurance and if I get stopped well that better not happen. I pray 🙏 no accidents happen 🙏."

"How do you pay for insurance all these years for them to do absolutely NOTHING for you? My father has been with StateFarm for years, we all have, yet when he takes his truck in for mechanic work and body work, the mechanic is able to say they will not be using insurance to fix it because it was not caused by a deer accident. My dad was driving home one night from work, when a deer ran under his vehicle and this accident ended up damaging the truck mechanically. Now, they have had the truck for over 10 weeks now claiming the deer did not cause this accident, and he will have to pay over $3000 to fix the truck. So basically these people are not only refusing services after receiving all this money, but also calling him a liar. Today he tried to contact the ever so fabulous mechanic shop and the man just hung up on him. They have tried calling the insurance company to get the truck moved but NOTHING is being done! I’m thinking about dropping my insurance with them as well. No sense in paying all this money in for the company to act like you’re lying and fight you on it until you are completely stressed. I’ll be waiting on a reply for this review but I highly doubt anyone will care."

"My experience with this office was excellent, UNTIL, Katie left!! After that, my experience went downhill at a very rapid pace!!! The list below is just a few things that I had to call or come in this office about. I was always told it was CORPORATE'S FAULT for anything that was wrong!!!  I NO longer believe that!! 1- I received bills that I had already paid. I paid insurance every six months. This happened several times and it baffled me because I was never late with the payments. 2-My State Farm app took a long, long time to be updated and showed previous vehicles that I no longer owned on it. 3- I received a letter from the Georgia tax office stating that I must show proof of insurance to them or pay a fine. 4- I separated my car policy from another policy I had and asked them to mail me the check back when the other policy was cancelled. EVEN gave them my new address to send it to. I did receive a check at my new address, but they had put in a stop payment on it and then sent it to someone else. I had to call them AGAIN, and they said I would have to get it straightened out myself. I had paid this bill with MY card!!! Didn't get it straightened out, until my new State Farm agent took care of it. Thank you to my new agent and to Corporate for taking care of this mess. NOT one I have EVER experienced from any STATE FARM office in the past. Keep in mind, I have been a State Farm customer for 25+ years and will remain one, and BUT, NEVER EVER with this office again!!"

"Used to be an amazing insurance company. My wife was involved in 2 wrecks, neither of which she was at fault. They didn't help us with either claim as far as phone calls or trying to get our deductible back. One accident was on private property where she was T-boned, cops cant determine fault on private property, didn't fight for her deductible or help us with contacting the other insurance company. The second accident she was involved in the other person ran a red light and lied about it so the cop couldn't determine fault. They didn't help us fight the other company for our deductible back and now my wife has 2 claims against her so our insurance has substantially gone up. My wife has been with them for 20 years. I'm terribly disappointed in StateFarm. I am on a workmans comp salary which is horrible and I've had to cough up $1,000 dollars and that hurts especially when they didn't fight for us. This literally caused us to struggle and I am just speechless that my wife had to do the work for them. I know people get angry and write harmful things but I am truly being honest about this."

"If I could give them negative stars I would. They cancelled my policy without ever notifying me because my auto draft payment didn't go through when my card number changed. They said corporate mailed me but all I ever got from them was ads trying to get me to up the coverage on my homeowners insurance. I never got a cancellation notice in the mail, I was never called, and they didn't email me. I didn't find out that my policy was canceled until a couple days later when I tried to file a claim. They wouldn't let me reinstate my insurance to cover the accident. I've been using them for years and had my house and 3 vehicles insured with them and the one time I needed them STATE FARM WAS NOT THERE. Go with someone else. Anyone is bound to be more professional."
